"Take the Lead" is a a leadership training course for young people/young adults aged 15-21 which follows material accredited by ASDAN meaning participation can lead to a nationally recognised qualification that looks great on CV's/university applications.

Sessions run on the third Sunday of every month from 12:30-2pm in the Upper Room of St. Paul's Harlow (CM20 1LP) and include lunch as well as a chance to develop core leadership skills like motivating and coordinating teams, communication, strategic thinking, problem solving and more. All members of 'Take the Lead' are given opportunities to take on leadership roles within local and regional projects and events as volunteers.
