ST PETERS PRESCHOOL

We are delighted to announce that Red Balloon Foundation will be working in partnership with the unique forest church of St. Peter's to launch the St. Peter's Preschool from 13th September 2021.

Open to 3-4 year olds, the preschool will operate from Monday to Friday and make use of the unique setting of Peterhouse on the edge of beautiful Epping Forest to offer an experience that blends the best of a traditional preschool with a 'forest school' style experience for every child who attends.

We are currently awaiting our final sign off from OFSTED and the local authority, but we are very happy to receive expressions of interest and full registrations while these processes are completed.

FAMILY FUN @ PETERHOUSE

On Sunday 27th June we are holding our first 'Family Fun @ Peterhouse' session aimed at parents/carers with preschool/primary school age children.

Entirely free to attend and COVID secure, there will be a bouncy castle, full soft play setup, art and craft activities, refreshments and more running from the Peterhouse Centre, E17 3PW. Parking available on site or a 3 minute walk from Wood Street Station.

2-3pm will be 'Dad's Hour' where male parents/carers/family members are invited to spend some quality time with their children (as part of our 'Who Let The Dad's Out' project) then from 3-4pm we'll be open to all families to come along.

Numbers are strictly limited due to the ongoing COVID19 restrictions, so places must be prebooked by clicking here

PETERHOUSE TODDLERS

Every Friday 10:00 until 11:30am (school term time)

We are really excited to announce that toddler group is now running again each week. You will need to sign up to the group as we can only have 15 individual families/carers with their children.

During the session there will be time for worship songs with actions, Bible story, craft time, a snack for the children and a time to catch up with one another.

FRIDAY CLUB

Friday Club is a brilliant activity for the whole family to drop in to on the way home from school. With activities available for toddlers right up to secondary age children, the whole sitecomes alive from 3:30-5pm each week with fun games, crafts, activities, consoles, snacks and more!

Parents/carers can drop off children who are primary school aged and above in the care of trained professional children's/youth workers and our volunteer team, or can choose to 'stay and play' with any age child, having fun trying out the different activities and games together. Its just like all those parent/toddler groups you went to when they were little, but with activities for all ages.

During the session, there will also be a chance to cook and enjoy a simple meal together.
